An Important Message About COVID-19

Tropical Smoothie Cafe Guests,

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe®, our mission is to inspire better. That mission extends well beyond simply offering delicious food and smoothies – we care deeply about the health and well-being of our guests inside and outside of our cafes. As our country faces a resurgence of COVID-19, we continue to build on the steps we implemented at the beginning of the pandemic to do our part in protecting the guests, communities, and crew members we serve.

Many of our guests continue to take advantage of online, mobile app, and delivery ordering, and we will continue to serve you on those platforms. We will also continue offering curbside pickup at many locations.

Additionally, our incredible franchise owners and their crew clean and always sanitize the cafes with increased frequency and wear masks at all times. We always ask that you please notify a crew member if anything gives you any concern.

We will continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and work with local health departments to track the latest developments and updated guidance to ensure we’re always prioritizing our guests and their safety.

We know it’s been a while since you’ve received the usual experience you’ve come to know and love as a Tropical Smoothie Cafe guest, and trust us, we miss it too. We appreciate your understanding and promise to do what we can to make that experience as great as possible.
