An Important Message About COVID-19

At Tropical Smoothie Cafe®, our mission is to inspire a healthier lifestyle. Our mission extends well beyond simply offering delicious food and smoothies – we care deeply about the health and well-being of our guests inside and outside of our cafes. With recent events, we feel it’s important to share an update on the  precautions we’re taking to help address Coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns among our guests, crew members and communities across the country.

Many of our guests have taken advantage of online, mobile app, and third party ordering and we will continue to serve you in those platforms. We will also continue offering curbside pickup at many locations.

As we see stay at home orders lifted, some Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations may begin to offer in-cafe dining at limited capacities, while other locations will continue to follow a closed dining room policy until local guidance permits otherwise. In some circumstances, you may enter and place your order, but we may ask that you consume all products off-premise. We will continue to package all orders as carryout.  

Additionally, our incredible franchise owners and their crew will continue to clean and sanitize the cafes with increased frequency.  We always ask that you please notify a crew member if anything gives you any concern.

We will continue to closely monitor Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and work with local health departments to track the latest developments and updated guidance to ensure we’re always prioritizing our guests.

While the steps we’re taking to help in these difficult times may impact the usual experience you’ve come to know and love as a Tropical Smoothie Cafe guest, we appreciate your understanding and promise to do what we can to make that experience as great as possible.
